Location Package

The Location Package is an easy way for you to fill in all the blanks for your event that is
scheduled at a location reserved not managed by the Weddings and Special Events Company (WSEC).  This package can be customized to meet your needs and your budget based on the services that your location does not provide for you. Listed here are popular necessary services but you do not need to include all the options listed.  Many other service and product options are available to further customize your event.

1) WSEC Ceremony Site: Minister, Music, Décor, Rehearsal & Ceremony Director,
2) Ceremony Decorations: Candelabras with candles, floral, sprays, unity candle
3) Cake: Choose from wide selection of flavors, styles and designs.
4) Decorations for the reception:  Candles, centerpieces, elegant decorative drapes for the bridal and cake table.                                   
5) Fresh Flowers: Traditional Package -  Four bouquets, four corsages & six boutonnieres.
6) Professional Event Planning: Up to 3 hours of ceremony & reception planning
7) Music for Reception: Up to 4 hrs by our DJ service.
8) Photography & Album: Reflections 3-hour package (other packages available)
9) Videography: Reflections 3-hour Pkg. 2-camera edited coverage,
       1 operator, digitally mastered, special effects (other packages available).
10) Invitations, response & thank you cards: Traditional style, (many other styles available).
11) Day of Event Coordinator: Up to 6 hours of on-site service
